Customers Give Lone Star Investment Pool 4.7 Stars for Overall Satisfaction
Respondents of a recent customer satisfaction survey conducted by Lone Star Investment Pool gave the Pool an overall average of 4.725 out of five stars across 12 categories, including “Investment Choices,“ “Customer Service,” “Convenience,” and “Overall Satisfaction.”
“The service from your staff members is what keeps us here,” said one respondent, while another remarked, “Each time I call, I get to talk to a real person…I automictically get a real live person on the phone. That's very important.”
